I am an Award-Winning Sales Director turbo-charging outbound sales functions to deliver exceptional results with a very fast turnaround. Before forming AR Consultancy I held sales leadership roles for 7 years and was the first outbound sales employee in EMEA for 3 technology start-ups, with one specific niche: bringing companies into Europe and defining a world-class outbound opportunity generation process to sell to enterprise clients, and coaching teams to do the same. I turn sales amateurs into sales superstars in a short period of time and equip you with the relevant tracking dashboards and tools to continue to measure and replicate success.

Why did I create AR/OSC?
After 10+ years in new business sales roles working for successful technology start-ups, and 7 years working in leadership roles devising a comprehensive strategy for outbound sales and hiring/coaching teams to do it successfully, I started to look at my career differently. I was a very early employee at my last three start-ups; two of these were high-growth US Silicon Valley start-ups who I brought into EMEA where they had zero presence, and the third was a UK technology start-up where I was their only sales person globally.
Upon reflection I realised I have been a sales consultant focused on outbound generation for three separate super early start-ups - the only difference being that I was employed in full-time roles.
I know that my process and methodologies work and have a desire to bring this to multiple organisations instead of being confined to just a single role.
